The Magic Mail Machine
When Commercial Bay was being built we made one helluva discovery. Turns out the old post office across the road had a magic mail machine buried deep under its foundations. We excavated it, dusted it off, upgraded it with some new tech, and installed it in the main atrium of Commercial Bay.
An interactive monument to Christmas, delivered to the client’s brief for a festive installation that transcended the traditional; while telling the story of Commercial Bay’s site heritage.
Kids (and kids at heart) are able to post their letters and watch as it is beamed off to Santa in the North Pole.
